We know order cancellation is inconvenient and painful but there are some situations where we don't have any option to process or deliver your ordered item. Thus ending up with canceling your order, which we actually never want to. Here are some of the cases,
- If we fail to place the order: this can happen for issues such as items going out of stock, restrictions on seller side checkout etc. The order would be canceled then.
- If the seller fails to deliver: we have seen that certain sellers often fail to deliver products in time or at all. The order would be canceled then.
- If the price of your ordered item fluctuates beyond 5% up to $10 due to a price increase from the seller, we would have to cancel your order. We have seen that item price on e-commerce sites fluctuates more often both for promotional and non-promotional offers.
