What are your delivery methods?

When trying to decide between delivery and pickup here’s what you need to know:

 

1. If you choose Delivery we'll deliver the items to your doorsteps. If you want the delivery within the Dhaka metropolitan area, the delivery fee is BDT99. Outside Dhaka, a standard delivery fee of BDT200 will apply nationwide. Depending on the delivery address, we either provide home delivery or use a courier service. If your address is within Dhaka then we will deliver the item on the same day it arrives. However, if it is outside Dhaka, then we will courier the item to your address on the same day. Usually, we send all our items through Sundarban Courier Service that reaches within 48 hours. 

 

2. If however, you choose pickup, that’s free of cost. This is how it works: Using our Backpack service we will send you a message in your connection page/backpack account and a text in your phone if it is verified telling you that your item is ready for pickup. You’ll then need to pick the item up from the following Backpack meet-up point address: Road 19/B, House 292, 1st Floor, Mohakhali DOHS. You can pick your items up on weekdays between 10am-8pm and on Friday between 10am-5pm.
