How do I request an item?

Apart from buying directly from our site, you could always request an item from any US-based website. All you gotta do is follow these simple steps:

Step 1

Copy and paste the item link in our search bar.

Step 2

A Request Item form will appear.

Step 3

Add any note regarding your item such as size, color etc.

Step 4

Select quantity.

Step 5

Click on Request Item and it’s done.

We'll verify the request and notify you within the next 1 hour! If the item is approved, we will add it to your cart; if rejected, we'll notify you of the reason in your Backpack account.

You can check for updates in the shopping cart section shown below.

After we receive a request for an item, we need to review a few details before purchasing it, such as whether it's legal, its delivery time, if it takes a traveler's safety and comfort into account, its availability in stock, the seller site's checkout working properly, etc. If any of these go wrong or does not match requirements, then we may not be able to add that particular item to your cart.
